We understand that finding the right fit when renting online can sometimes be difficult. To help you choose the best garment, each listing includes the garment's labelled size, our recommended fit, and detailed photos where available.

Our recommended fit is based on factors such as the garment's cut, fabric, stretch, structure, and our previous experience with the item. However, every body shape is different, so our sizing recommendations should always be used as a guide only.

What if my dress doesn't fit?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a garment will fit every customer, and refunds or store credit are not available due to sizing or fit issues.

This includes situations where the garment is:

• Too small or too large

• Tighter or looser than expected

• A different fit than anticipated based on the photographs

• Difficult to zip or fasten due to sizing

• Not suited to your individual body shape
