NORMAL WEAR VS DAMAGE

Our garments are part of a rental collection and may show minor signs of previous wear. We carefully inspect every garment between rentals and only continue renting items that meet our quality standards.

What is considered normal rental wear?

Normal rental wear may include:

• Minor pilling

• Small loose threads

• Minor fabric nicks or tiny holes

• Minor stitching wear

• Small or barely noticeable marks

• Slight fading of colour

• Professional repairs or alterations

These are normal characteristics that can occur through repeated rental use and do not automatically result in additional charges.

What is considered damage?

Damage that goes beyond reasonable rental wear may result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.

Examples may include:

• Significant or permanent staining

• Large tears or holes

• Major fabric pulls

• Cigarette burns

• Damage to fastenings

• Damage that prevents the garment from being rented again

Each garment is assessed individually once it has been returned.

Rentalswithbp will determine whether the condition of the garment is acceptable for future rental.
