GARMENT CONDITION

Our collection consists of genuine designer garments that are available to rent at a fraction of their original retail price.

Because our garments are part of a rental collection, they have previously been worn and should not be expected to be brand new.

We carefully inspect every garment between rentals and only continue renting items that meet our quality standards.

What is considered normal rental wear?

Normal rental wear may include:

• Minor pilling

• Small loose threads

• Minor fabric nicks or tiny holes

• Minor stitching wear

• Small or barely noticeable marks

• Slight fading of colour

• Professional repairs or alterations completed by our seamstress

Any known significant flaws, imperfections, or existing signs of wear will be disclosed in the individual garment listing wherever possible.

What if I'm concerned about the condition?

If you have specific expectations regarding the condition or quality of a garment, we encourage you to contact us before booking.

We can provide additional photos or information where available to help you make an informed decision.

Once a garment is booked, customers acknowledge that rental garments may show reasonable signs of previous use.
