HOW RENTALS WORK

Renting a garment with Rentalswithbp is simple. Once you have selected your garment and rental dates, your booking is secured once full payment has been received.

1. Choose your garment

Browse our collection and select the garment you'd like to rent. Each listing includes important information such as the labelled size, recommended fit, garment condition, photographs, and rental price.

2. Select your rental dates

Choose the dates that correspond with your event and rental period. Please carefully check your selected dates before completing your booking.

3. Complete your payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We do not accept deposits, partial payments, or temporary holds.

Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

4. Receive or collect your garment

Depending on your booking, your garment will either be prepared for local collection or dispatched to your nominated delivery address.

Postal customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

5. Enjoy your rental

Your garment is yours to wear during the agreed rental period. Please take care of it and follow our garment care instructions while it is in your possession.
