RETURN BAGS

Every postal rental includes a prepaid return courier bag.

Please take care of your return bag throughout your rental period, as it is required to return your garment.

What if I lose or damage my return bag?

If your prepaid return bag has been lost or damaged, you must arrange a suitable courier bag or satchel to return the garment.

To ensure the garment is returned safely and on time, you must:

• Use an overnight courier service

• Obtain a receipt showing the tracking number

• Send us a photo of the receipt and tracking details

• Include your name and contact details with the parcel

• Take a photo of the completed parcel before sending

The return remains your responsibility until it has been successfully lodged with the courier.
