Garment swaps are available for local collection orders only and are subject to availability.

If you would like to change your garment, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that a replacement will be available, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Changing to a higher-priced garment

If the replacement garment has a higher rental price, the difference must be paid before collection.

Changing to a lower-priced garment

If the replacement garment has a lower rental price, the difference is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to store credit.

All swaps are subject to garment availability and must be approved by Rentalswithbp before collection.
